She also serves as Acting Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing Novarra’s KYC, AML, and compliance programs and helping ensure that growth is supported by strong institutional standards and disciplined execution.

With a background spanning executive leadership, business development, healthcare, oil and gas, and KYC/KYB compliance, Kristy brings a distinctive combination of strategic vision, operational discipline, and relationship-driven leadership.
